Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and participation in Rung Kasem's financial education programmes. We have written them as clearly as possible — please read them before enrolling so you can participate with full understanding.

1. Definitions
In these Terms, the following words carry the meanings given below:
- "Rung Kasem" / "We"
- Rung Kasem, a financial education provider operating at 39 Ratchawithi Road, Dusit, Bangkok 10300, Thailand.
- "Programme"
- Any educational course, workshop, or session offered by Rung Kasem, whether delivered in-person or digitally.
- "Participant" / "You"
- Any individual who enrols in, attends, or enquires about a Rung Kasem programme.
- "Materials"
- All handouts, worksheets, presentations, written guides, and digital resources provided during a programme.
- "Website"
- The Rung Kasem website accessible at https://rungkasen.info and all associated pages.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, making a programme payment, or attending a Rung Kasem session, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from enrolling.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. Our programmes are designed primarily for adults aged 40 and above. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this eligibility.
3. Programme Description
Rung Kasem currently offers the following educational programmes:
Digital Banking Comfort Course
฿2,800A patient, step-by-step programme for adults seeking confidence with online and mobile banking. Delivered across 2 half-day sessions.
Real Estate Income Awareness
฿8,400An educational exploration of Thai rental property fundamentals. 3 sessions spread over two weeks.
Comprehensive Risk Management
฿14,400An advanced programme covering personal financial risk identification and planning. 5 sessions across three weeks.
Programme schedules, venues, and facilitators are subject to change with reasonable prior notice. We will inform enrolled participants of any modifications as early as possible.
4. Enrolment and Registration
- Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Rung Kasem reserves the right to decline enrolment where programme capacity has been reached.
- Enrolment confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
- Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details. Rung Kasem is not responsible for missed communications resulting from incorrect information.
5. Participant Responsibilities
To ensure a positive learning environment for everyone, we ask participants to:
- Arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions
- Treat facilitators and fellow participants with courtesy and respect
- Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without written consent from Rung Kasem
- Use programme materials for personal study only — not for commercial redistribution
- Notify us promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled session
Rung Kasem may ask a participant to leave a session if conduct significantly disrupts the learning environment. In such cases, no refund will be issued for missed sessions.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, worksheets, presentations, exercises, and written guides provided during Rung Kasem programmes remain the intellectual property of Rung Kasem. Enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own financial education.
Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, or adapted without prior written permission from Rung Kasem.
7. Fees and Payment
- All programme fees are listed and payable in Thai Baht (฿).
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of enrolment confirmation.
- Fees are inclusive of all session materials unless stated otherwise.
- Programme fees do not include transportation, accommodation, or personal expenses.
- Prices are subject to change. Any changes will apply only to future enrolments, not those already confirmed.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

If Rung Kasem cancels a scheduled programme, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future session. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such situations.
9. Educational Purpose and Disclaimers
Important: All Rung Kasem programmes are educational in nature and are intended to expand general financial awareness. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. Participants should consult qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.
- Programme content reflects general principles and is not tailored to individual financial circumstances.
- Market data and examples used in sessions are for illustrative purposes and may not reflect current conditions.
- Past outcomes described in case study examples do not indicate or predict future results for participants.
- Rung Kasem does not hold a securities or investment advisory licence. No part of our programmes constitutes regulated financial services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Rung Kasem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss arising from your participation in our programmes, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on educational content.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the programme fee paid by you for the specific programme in question.
11. Termination of Access
Rung Kasem reserves the right to remove a participant from a programme without refund if their conduct is disruptive, harmful, or inconsistent with the respectful environment we maintain.
Participants may withdraw from a programme at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms described in Section 8.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, including the Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand and applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through informal discussion in good faith. If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued participation in programmes after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage participants to review this page periodically.
