Who We Are
A School Built on Patience and Respect
Rung Kasem was founded to give adults in Thailand the knowledge and the confidence to navigate their finances on their own terms.

Why Rung Kasem Exists
Rung Kasem began in 2017 from a simple observation: most financial education in Thailand was aimed at younger professionals or business owners, leaving a significant and capable group of adults — those in their 40s, 50s, and beyond — with few useful options.
Our founders, both educators with backgrounds in personal finance and adult learning, believed that understanding money shouldn't require a finance degree or endless hours on the internet. They wanted to create a space where questions were welcome, explanations took time, and learning felt more like a conversation than a lecture.
Today, Rung Kasem operates from our Dusit location in Bangkok and serves participants from across the city and surrounding provinces — some coming with very specific questions, others simply seeking a more confident relationship with their finances.

Financial Education in Bangkok for Adults Who Value Clarity
Rung Kasem has spent eight years developing programs that speak to the real financial concerns of adults living and working in Thailand — particularly those who have accumulated assets, nearing or approaching retirement, or simply wanting to feel less uncertain about digital banking tools that have changed rapidly in recent years.
Our Dusit location in Bangkok offers a quiet, professional setting removed from the noise of commercial banking environments. Participants come from a variety of backgrounds: some are Thai nationals, others are long-term residents from overseas who want to understand their options in the Thai market. All share a desire to engage with their finances from a place of knowledge rather than anxiety.
The programs we offer — digital banking literacy, rental property fundamentals, and comprehensive risk management — were chosen because they address the most common areas of uncertainty we encountered when speaking with potential participants. Each program is self-contained, and participants are welcome to enrol in one or several depending on what they feel would be most useful.
